A few of
our clients prefer to use email communication rather than
the telephone or fax. This works well for routine matters
such as checking pending lists, requests for requisitions,
or questions regarding CPT codes or specimen requirements.
When you use an email address for a specific person, there
may be a delay in response if that person is not here for a
few days. Therefore, we have created a new email address
that can be answered by anyone in our client service
department: ITxMD@itxm.org.
